1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States. Please check our website or contact us directly if you have questions about shipping to your specific location.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on a flat rate. You can view the exact shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before final payment.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Details of such promotions will be clearly communicated on our website. 

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided below for each method. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues, customs processing for international orders).

  • Standard Ground Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days

    • Carrier: USPS

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. 

5. Shipping Holidays

Our shipping carriers do not operate on federal holidays. Orders placed on or around these holidays may experience slight delays.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. We recommend waiting 48 hours after the indicated delivery time before contacting us, as sometimes packages are delivered to a neighbor or left in an inconspicuous location. If the carrier is unable to locate your package, please contact our customer service team at info@ohdwatertown.com for assistance.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items immediately. Retain all original packaging materials. Contact our customer service team at info@ohdwatertown.com within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Returns Due to Unsuccessful Delivery

If a package is undeliverable and returned to us by the carrier (e.g., due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal by recipient), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you choose not to have the item re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred by us.
